Shipping & Delivery
Once you enter the checkout process and provide your address, you will be offered several shipping options.  We let you decide the best shipping method for you.  The rates you are shown in the shopping cart are the actual rates that Rare Earth Dyeworks pays.  We do not make a profit on shipping.  If you believe that our shipping rates seem too high - please contact us.  We might have made an error when entering the weight of a product and we will be happy to correc the issue.
Privacy & Security
We value you as a customer and as such, we will not sell your information.  We make every effort to keep the website secure.  We offer checkout with a secure (https:) web address and since we use Paypal as our payment processor, only Paypal ever sees your credit card of bank account information.  Rare Earth Dyeworks does not store your payment information.  For more information about what we do collect and why, please see the Security and Privacy Policy.
Returns & Replacements
We will happily accept returns or offer a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item.  However, we want to hear from you first about the issue.  A return without communication will only delay your refund or replacement.
Ordering
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.  If you do not receive this confirmation, first, please check your email's spam folder.  If it is not there, please contact us and we will make sure you receive a receipt.  We will also send a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our current payment processor is Paypal.  Our pricing is in line with many other sites or is often less, when possible.  We occasionally offer promotions.  Sign up for our newsletter if you would like to learn about these promotions.
Viewing Orders
If you have signed up as a customer, you will be able to log in to the website and view any past order details in the "My Account" section.
Updating Account Information
You may update any of your account information by logging in and navigating to the "My Account" section.  Note that if you have made a mistake on or need to change a shipping address for an order, you must contact us.  Updating your contact information does not automatically change a shipping address on a recent order.  We are not responsible for an order lost due to an incorrect shipping address.
